 Orders are processed and shipped within the United States. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Due to health, safety, and product-integrity considerations, dietary supplements are not eligible for return, including unopened products.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If Urinary Tract Balance® does not meet your expectations, contact LifeSpan Nutrients within 30 days of delivery at info@lifespannutrients.com so we can review your concerns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported promptly. Please include your order number and photographs when applicable. After review, eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund.

Do not send any product back unless LifeSpan Nutrients provides written return instructions. When a return is authorized because a product was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, LifeSpan Nutrients will be responsible for the approved return-shipping cost.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
